Welcome to LivHadlow Nutrition.

My Name is Liv, I am a certified health coach, student of clinical nutrition and a group fitness coach, with a passion for movement, nourishment and fulfilment.

THE FULL STORY

Get to know me

My journey into the wellness world began when I was diagnosed with a thoracic disk degeneration in my late teens. I was bedridden a lot of the time, reliant on prescription medicine, unhealthy, unmotivated and let down by the “health” system. However, through the power of movement, nutrition, mindset and sleep, I was able to escape the medical narrative and get my life back. 

I am now a trainer at one of Auckland's most well-known strength and conditioning gyms, Ludus Magnus, which I also run with my beautiful partner, and, the best part is, I get to move my body every day, without pain.

I am continuing my professional development in the world of clinical nutrition to help look after my body even better, so that it can continue to look after me. If you want to understand how to do that too, I’m here to help!

I believe we are all capable of anything we set our minds to; walk with me (or run if you want to!) as we shift our focus solely to you and work together to achieve your goals and transform your life.
